Procurement Management Unit
The department supports the company’s operations as the primary buyer of medicines and medical supplies. Consideration is given to timely procurement while maintaining the company’s financial health through strict adherence to the value for money principle.
The department is manned by procurement professionals who always ensure that all procurements are done in compliance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act [Chap 22:23] and other laid down regulations. The PMU Team is divided into three functions which are Medical Function; Non-Medical Function and the Emergency Function.
